Love going to the Lake! Here you can rent many items to enjoy the water or if you have a boat you can buy or rent a slip. The public beach is very clean and just a short distance. Love the pool just steps from our door and then going back to sit on the patio by the creek to watch the birds where it is quiet from the noise. All the towns around the lake are always doing fests and events all year long. Favorites are the Winter Fest in Jan/Feb to see carving snow sculptures, and also the Fall Pumpkin Fest in which the largest pumpkins I have ever seen have been found. Visit the Pumpkin Farms and some host a haunted house, and hay wagon ride. Summer includes many events and free fireworks. A family place to make many great memories.
